Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are charged for the first night's stay.
Payment Policy
A valid payment is required to confirm every booking. Full payment is required before check-in. Bookings are only confirmed after payment has been successfully received. Payments can be made securely through approved payment methods on Nigerent. Any additional charges incurred during your stay (such as damages or extra services) may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
Refund Policy
Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable. Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method. If a booking cannot be honoured due to unforeseen circumstances caused by the host, guests will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule their stay, subject to availability. Service fees and payment processing charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
Stay Policy
A valid government-issued ID is required for all guests at check-in. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use designated outdoor smoking areas where available. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the host before booking. Guests are expected to treat the property with care and report any damages immediately. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Lost keys or access cards may incur a replacement fee. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit. The host reserves the right to terminate a stay without a refund if house rules are repeatedly violated or illegal activities are conducted on the premises.
